Covid-19 Level 2 - Full on Site Service has Resumed

COVID-19 Alert level 2 CompServ will continue to provide computer assistance and repair services with some restrictions and alternative servicing options. Your computer will be an important communication and information conduit during this time, it will be important to act quickly if you start experiencing issues. Feel free to contact us for advice and assistance. Servicing Options It is important to contact us early if you are experiencing computer or internet issues. Where possible do not leave it until your computer or internet is not functional

  1. FREE phone advice and recommendations

  2. Charged phone support to a successful resolution

  3. Charged SECURE remote access support

  4. Minimal Contact pick up service, we will pick up your computer and return it to our workshop for repair

  5. Full on site service has resumed with contact limitations and distance requirements

On Site Service

  1. We will ask if you or anyone you have come in contact with in the last 30 days have been overseas

  2. We will ask if you or anyone you have come in contact with in the last 30 days is or has experienced any flu like symptoms

  3. The on site visit will be recorded noting all persons details

  4. Maintain social and close quarter distances (2 meters where possible 1 meter close quarter)
